Become stronger to protect my loved ones and my values.Do the same.
We were built to create.
Most of us only consume.
I coach people to get physically stronger — in person in Mauritius, or online from anywhere. And I build the websites, apps and content that make small businesses money. Two roads, same job.

You want to get stronger, leaner and harder to break. Coached in person in Mauritius, or online from anywhere — training, nutrition, and someone who actually checks in.

You need a site, an app, or content that brings customers in — not a portfolio piece. Built end to end by one person, from the database to the deploy, and then marketed.

The Creed
Our lives revolve around consuming. So I build for creators.
I'm Miguel — 25, from Mauritius. Everything I do comes from one conviction: people are at their best when they are building something, not scrolling past someone else who did.
So I make solutions. I coach people to become physically and mentally strong enough to protect their values and the people they love. I build technology that gives small businesses a real chance. And I create the media that gets them seen.
The Four Banners
Coaching, technology, marketing and the academy. Different tools, the same job — making you harder to break and easier to find.
Online and physical coaching solutions built around your real life — training, nutrition and the accountability that makes it stick. Personalised plans, weekly monitoring and a coach who actually answers.
Websites, web apps, storefronts, booking and intake systems, automation — shipped end to end, from the database to the deploy. And I'm still there after launch.
UGC videos that stop the scroll, Meta ads optimised against real numbers, studio-quality media and social media management. Content that sells, not content that just exists.
Chivalry Academy — how to become a man or a woman of value. How to make money, how to monetise and develop your passion whatever it is, and the community, tools and connections to do it beside people going the same way.
The Arsenal
Start where you are. From a Rs 650 meal plan to the full Academy — the standard is the same, only the depth changes.
Chivalry Academy teaches you how to be a man or a woman of value: how to make money, how to monetise and develop your passion — whatever that passion is — and how to carry yourself while you do it.
You get the community, the tools and the connections around you the whole way. This is the closest thing to handing you the whole map.
Most people don't fail because they're lazy. They fail because nobody ever handed them the map. Another year goes by — same body, same income, same excuses, and the people counting on you still aren't protected.
You already know the year is going to pass either way. The only question is what you'll have to show for it.
Free, no pressure. 20 minutes with Miguel to see if you're ready for the Academy — and a straight no if you're not.

Prices in Mauritian rupees unless stated. App pricing in USD. Anything not listed here — more coaching hours, a personal cook, bespoke business packages — is negotiated directly with Miguel.

From day one, he's been supportive, approachable, and committed to helping me achieve my fitness goals. He checks in regularly, despite being in different time zones, which keeps me accountable and motivated.
What I appreciate most is that he doesn't just focus on training sessions — he also provides practical advice on nutrition, making it much easier to build sustainable habits rather than following a short-term plan. His encouragement has helped me become much more confident in the gym.
Overall, I feel stronger, fitter, and more confident, and I genuinely feel like Miguel cares about my progress and long-term success.
I'm incredibly grateful to have such an amazing coach. From the very beginning, you have been supportive, motivating, and genuinely committed to helping me become a better version of myself.
What I appreciate most is that you don't just focus on the workouts — you push me to believe in myself and stay disciplined. You always know when to challenge me and when to encourage me, and that makes such a difference.
I've seen progress not only physically but also in my confidence and mindset, and I know a big part of that is because of your guidance.

🛡️Coaching
In person in Mauritius, or online from anywhere. Training, nutrition, and a coach who actually looks at your numbers every week.
You already know what to do. You've known for years. You've started in January, twice. You've bought the programme, watched the videos, and stopped in week three — not because you're lazy, but because nobody was watching, and nothing was measured.
Another year of "I'll start Monday" costs you the same thing every time: the body you wanted, and the version of you the people around you needed.
Weight, body fat, visceral fat, protein — the real numbers, not a guess and not a mirror. That's the baseline everything is judged against.
Training and nutrition around your schedule, your injuries and the food you actually eat. Three sessions a week, adjusted as your numbers move.
Weekly monitoring and check-ins, a weekly group call, and a personal call when the coach judges you need one. Nobody quietly disappears on my watch.
"He checks in regularly, despite being in different time zones, which keeps me accountable and motivated. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't just focus on training sessions — he also provides practical advice on nutrition."
Coaching client — 1 month in
The fastest way in. It walks you through your goal, your training history, your injuries, your food and your schedule — the same questions I would ask you on a call, so nothing gets missed.
On the last page you'll see a button that says "Send on WhatsApp" — click it. That sends me everything you filled in, and I come back to you directly.
⚔️Chivalry Academy
The full transformation — body, money, craft and the way you carry yourself. This is the closest thing to handing you the whole map.
I come from a poor family. No financial education, none. I did well in school — that was supposed to be the whole plan. But I always had the dream of becoming more, and therefore of doing more, and nobody around me could tell me how. Nobody ever helped me with that part.
Nobody ever will, either. Not for you, not by accident. That is exactly why I built this academy — so the thing I had to work out alone gets handed to you directly.
The systems I actually use to train, to build and to sell — handed over, not described. You start from where I am now instead of where I started.
The financial and business education nobody gave me: how money is made, how it is kept working, and how to carry yourself while you do it.
The room and the network. Whatever your passion is, we make it monetisable — with the people around you who can actually move it.
I am the proof. The coaching, the apps, the storefronts, the content on this page — I built all of it from a family with no money and no financial education, and no one handed me a map. The Academy is that map, written down.
Why the Academy exists
⚒️Technology
Built end to end by one person — from the database to the deploy, and I'm still there after launch.
You've been quoted three months and a number with no explanation. Or worse — you paid for a site that looks fine, does nothing, and nobody can change without calling the person who built it.
You don't need a portfolio piece. You need the thing running, bringing customers in, and someone who picks up the phone after it launches.
What the business actually needs, what it will take, and what it costs. If it isn't worth building, I say so.
Database, build, deploy. One person across the whole stack, so nothing gets lost in a handover that never happens.
Deployed, monitored and changed as the business changes. You own it — I'm not holding your site hostage.

📚Pocket Teacher
An adaptive study and exam-practice app built for Mauritian students, with a portal that lets tutors and small-class teachers follow every single one.
Private tuition is priced like a luxury here, and taught like a queue. One tutor, fifteen students, one pace — so the kid who is behind stays behind, and the kid who is ahead learns to be bored.
Parents pay anyway, because the alternative is watching their child fall behind and having no idea it is happening until the results come out.

Pocket Teacher is built as a complement to teachers and tutors, not a substitute for one. The app carries the repetition — the drilling, the marking, the tracking — so the teacher gets their hours back for the part only a human does.
A tutor with fifteen students sees, at a glance, exactly which topic each one is stuck on. Homework is set once and marked automatically. The lesson can then be spent on the three students who actually need it, instead of on a worksheet everyone sits through.
Exam-style practice that adapts to what they keep getting wrong, instead of marching everyone through the same worksheet.
A portal showing where each student actually is — so a tutor or a small-class teacher can teach fifteen people individually.
Weak topics surface for the student and the teacher while there is still time to fix them, not on results day.
🎬UGC & Content
UGC video, ad creative and studio-quality media — written, shot, edited and optimised by the same person, so nothing gets lost between the idea and the upload.
Your ads are being skipped in under a second. Not because the product is wrong — because the first frame looks like an advert, and everybody has been trained to scroll past those since they were twelve.
Agencies hand you a videographer, an editor and a media buyer who have never spoken to each other. The idea dies somewhere in that gap, and you pay for all three.
The hook is the product. Scripted for the first second, not for a boardroom.
Studio-quality media, short-form editing and brand content — same hands from the idea to the export.
Meta ads optimisation and social media management, judged on what the numbers do once it's live.
The reels above are mine — shot, edited and posted on my own account, not a showreel of somebody else's work.
My own feed, not a portfolio

The Round Table
Coaching, a website, an app, content, or the Academy. Book the call and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person for it — including when I'm not.
20 minutes, free, no pressure — and a straight no if I'm not the right person for it.
You tell me where you are now and what you're actually trying to change.
I tell you what it would take — the time, the cost, and the part that's on you.
If I'm not the right person for it, I say so on the call. No pitch either way.
